You do not need to launch the theme. After downloading, it will be automatically installed in Panda Home themes list (or aHome/OpenHome, depending on the home application you choose). YOU MUST THEN APPLY THE THEME THROUGH THE PANDA HOME SETTINGS.

If you cannot see it all, and you have Panda Home do the following: Hit your menu key, go to wallpapers, select "Panda Wallpaper" and apply the wallpaper from there after you have loaded your theme.
